1946 Broadlawns Hospital Employee Pin Brooch – Polk County, Des Moines, Iowa

Condition: Used with marks including loss of blue enamel around lettering, loss of red enamel in top center cross, wear, scuff / scratch marks, dings, and buildup. While the rear clasp is functional, the needle is a little short. Needs to be straightened and lightly lengthened before if you plan to wear the pin.
