Unknown NCSD #1 Tie Tack Pin with Cowboy and Tower

This pin features the letters NCSD stacked vertically alongside the number 1 in yellow enamel. Within the number 1 is an image of a cowboy on horseback positioned in front of a tower. The bold lettering combined with western imagery gives the piece a distinct frontier inspired aesthetic.

The cowboy motif reflects themes commonly associated with the American West, including ranching, rodeo culture, and regional landmarks. Based on similar pins I have come across recently, NCSD may represent Natrona County School District in Wyoming, though this is not confirmed.
