Below are answers to some of the most common questions that we receive at Vintage Pin Shop. If you have a different question, or a question about specific pins, please visit our Contact Us page to reach out to us.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from erik@vintagepinshop.com containing your tracking information. Please check both your inbox and bulk or spam folders, and whitelist our email address if needed. If you created an account before placing your order, tracking details are also available in My Account under Orders. Simply click View next to the relevant order.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments made on VintagePinShop.com are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment processors.

We never see or store your credit card details—everything is encrypted and handled safely on Stripe’s servers.

You can pay confidently using major credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.


Do you accept offers or bundle deals? 🆕

Yes! To send an offer, contact us through our Contact Us page or email me directly at erik@vintagepinshop.com. Please include the specific pins you are interested in along with your offer amount. Tax and shipping fees may apply depending on your shipping destination and order total.


Are your pins new?

Most of our pins are pre-owned, including many that come sealed in their original packaging. Unopened items are considered new old stock, meaning they are unused but still older inventory.


Are you affiliated with any of the brands on your pins?

Vintage Pin Shop is an independent reseller of vintage and pre-owned pins. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands, companies, unions, sports teams, organizations, or agencies featured on the items we sell. All trademarks, logos, and brand names shown on our products belong to their respective owners. We simply offer authentic secondhand and collectible items to collectors and fans.


Do you ship internationally?

Items purchased directly from VintagePinShop.com ship within the United States only. However, most of our pins are also available internationally through eBay’s International Shipping Hub.

What shipping service do you offer and how are pins packaged?

We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage.

Pins are packed securely in either a small brown box or bubble mailer, depending on price and fragility.

We take great care to ensure that every pin arrives in the same condition as listed.


How long do purchases take to ship?

  • Orders typically ship the within 1 to 2 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays).
  • All packages ship from Seattle, Washington via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5+ business days within the 48 contiguous states via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Shipping times vary by distance; Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations will take longer.
  • You will receive a tracking code via email to keep tabs on your delivery.
