Vintage Policia Urbana pilot badge from Tijuana in Baja California. Solid find for collectors who enjoy international police insignia and hard-to-find regional badges.

Condition: Used with marks including wear, buildup, age, flaws, etc. Unique piece. Produced by HAL MFG Los Angeles California, and etched 1993 #203. Unsure how the front badge overlay is attached, but there is a layer of glue between the rear wings and top badge layer to keep it in place as well.
