Products, Vintage Condition & Availability

Vintage/Collectible Condition: Many items we sell are vintage, pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, or limited in quantity. Wear consistent with age or prior use (e.g., minor scratches, patina, manufacturing variations) may be present and will generally be disclosed or shown in photos to the extent known. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Colors & Images: We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately; however, display settings and devices may cause variations.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, discontinue products, and change descriptions or prices at any time. An item placed in your cart is not reserved until checkout is completed.

Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.
  • Promotions may have additional terms and can be modified or discontinued at any time.

Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, limitations on quantities, or pricing errors.
If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.
If you wish to cancel, contact us promptly—cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Payment & Fraud Prevention

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
We may use fraud detection tools and may refuse or cancel orders when fraud is suspected.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping Area: Orders placed on this Site generally ship within the United States only (unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout). For international purchases, see any provided marketplace links (e.g., our eBay store).

Processing & Delivery: Estimated processing or delivery times are guidelines only and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the order to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any redelivery or correction fees.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Some items—especially vintage, one-of-a-kind, or clearly marked “final sale” items—may not be returnable. Please review the Returns Policy before purchasing.

We may monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion but have no obligation to do so.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Except for small claims or claims seeking equitable relief, you and Vintage Pin Shop agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration.

  • Arbitration will be conducted individually; class or collective actions are not permitted.
  • You may opt out by contacting us within 30 days of your first purchase.

If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable, disputes will be heard in the courts listed below.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice.
Sections that should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, dispute resolution) will survive.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A.
Exclusive venue will be the state and federal courts in King County, Washington, unless arbitration applies.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vintage Pin Shop.
They supersede all prior understandings and any ambiguities will not be construed against us.
