Returns Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here are the key things to know about our return process:
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (both original and return).
- Sale/closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- To start a return, you must first open a return request.

Open a Return Request
To open a return request, please review our policy below and then click here to submit your request.
When submitting, include:
- Your order ID number
- A reason for your return
- Which items you are returning
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back without first opening a return request.
Return Policy
- Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
- If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we can no longer offer a return for any reason.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received to be eligible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (both the original outbound fee and return shipping costs).
Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Situations
Only partial or no refunds will be granted if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
- The item is not mailed back within 14 days (2 weeks) after a return request is approved
- The item is returned without first creating a return request
Processing Your Return
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email.
- You’ll be informed whether your return is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).
- Contact your bank (processing times vary).
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Closeout Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Closeout or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and are charged at retail rates by the carrier.
- We strongly recommend using USPS Ground Advantage, which includes $100 of insurance.
- If your return is worth more than $100 combined, strongly consider purchasing additional insurance.
- If your package is lost in transit and we do not receive it, we cannot issue a refund.
