Returns Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here are the key things to know about our return process:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (both original and return).
  • Sale/closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, you must first open a return request.

Open a Return Request

To open a return request, please review our policy below and then click here to submit your request.
When submitting, include:

  • Your order ID number
  • A reason for your return
  • Which items you are returning

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back without first opening a return request.


Return Policy

  • Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we can no longer offer a return for any reason.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received to be eligible.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (both the original outbound fee and return shipping costs).

Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Situations

Only partial or no refunds will be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
  • The item is not mailed back within 14 days (2 weeks) after a return request is approved
  • The item is returned without first creating a return request

Processing Your Return

  1. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email.
  2. You’ll be informed whether your return is approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Closeout Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Closeout or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and are charged at retail rates by the carrier.
  • We strongly recommend using USPS Ground Advantage, which includes $100 of insurance.
  • If your return is worth more than $100 combined, strongly consider purchasing additional insurance.
  • If your package is lost in transit and we do not receive it, we cannot issue a refund.
