Returns Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here are the key things to know about our return process:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- To start a return, please open a return request and include:
- Your order ID number
- A reason for your return
- Which items you are returning
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back without first opening a return request.
Return Policy
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If you request a return within that 30-day period, you’ll have an additional 14 days to mail the item back to us.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received to be eligible, unless they were damaged in shipment. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can help resolve it.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
- We strongly recommend using USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and $100 of insurance at no extra cost, with the option to add more coverage if needed. This matters because if a package is lost in transit and does not arrive back to us, we’re unable to issue a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).
- Contact your bank (processing times vary).
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
